InductoScan® Modular Induction Heating System

This system can be customized to perform various heat treating applications, such as, scan, single-shot, lift/rotate, pick & place, rotary index and linear transfer.

This is a significant advantage for customers because the InductoScan® system can also be reconfigured by swapping in different scanning towers, induction power supplies and other mechanics to accommodate an entirely new part or family of parts for future production needs. The unitized construction reduces electrical interconnections thus reducing the overall assembly and energy costs.
