Potato deep-processing plants generate high-concentration organic wastewater and large volumes of viscous sludge at ~85% moisture content—too wet to transport, prone to secondary contamination, and costly to dispose of.

This solution upgrades existing dewatering lines in place. A high-pressure belt-type deep dewatering system is added downstream of the current screw presses, pressing sludge moisture content from 85% to below 60% in a single pass. Sludge is conditioned with skeleton builders and promoters, then passed through low, medium, high, and ultra-high pressure zones. Filter belts are continuously washed, and wash water recirculates to the wastewater treatment system—no secondary contamination.
