This advanced sensor operates across a frequency range of 1MHz to 9GHz and features an excellent dynamic range, making it ideal for a wide array of embedded and Automated Test Equipment (ATE) applications.

The LBSF09A embodies our commitment to precision and integration, encapsulated in our tagline: “Designed for metrology, built for integration.” It offers standard USB HID and USBTMC interfaces, with optional SPI and I2C interfaces available, ensuring compatibility with various systems. Its compact design is particularly suited for embedded applications requiring traceability.

Key features include high accuracy for reliable measurements, fast measurement speed that significantly outpaces traditional thermal power sensors, and thermal stability that maintains performance under varying temperature conditions. Additionally, it provides superior dynamic range, sensitivity and is capable of accurately measuring signals with any modulation bandwidth.

With dimensions of just 0.8 inches in width and 1.6 inches in height, the LBSF09A can comfortably fit multiple units within a 1RU rack space, facilitating easy integration into ATE systems. Programmatic measurements can be performed using standard SCPI power meter commands and queries, such as Read? or Fetch?, across any of the LBSF09’s interfaces.
