TO-220 Thyristors are semiconductor devices designed to control and switch high power levels. Working Principle
TO-220 Thyristors operate based on a four-layer semiconductor structure with three terminals: anode, cathode, and gate. This ability to control large currents with a small gate current makes them highly efficient for power management. Applications

Advantages over other Thyristors
TO-220 Thyristors offer several advantages over other types of thyristors. They are known for their high power handling capabilities, allowing them to manage large currents and voltages effectively. Limitations
