In the previous chapter, we looked at sustainable concepts and methodologies that involve the building form and envelope. In this chapter, we ll focus our attention on the systems within the building and how to best explore concepts with the use of BIM. In this chapter, we discuss:

  • Using renewable energy

  • Using sustainable materials
