Lubri-Bond 220 is an air drying, MoS2 based solid film lubricant with an epoxy binder system. This coating provides
good corrosion resistance and performs best in higher load carrying applications. It is ideal for applications that do
not require a thermally cured coating.
Along with excellent barrier protection, our solid film lubricants also provide minimal particulate contamination lubrication, where traditional wet lubricants cannot be used. Our coatings are used on a wide range of semiconductor hardware and equipment such as CMP tools, clean room applications, material handling equipment, and etch machinery.
