Maintenance-free and robust
The pressure sensors are designed without an elastomer seal on the process side and are therefore maintenance-free. The flush-mounted, robust ceramic measuring cell withstands pressure and vacuum impacts as well as the effects of abrasive substances. In addition, the sensor can withstand a medium temperature of up to 150 °C (max. 1 h). This makes the sensor ideal for all common applications in the food industry.
High accuracy
The PM16 and PM17 pressure transmitters have an overall accuracy of 0.2%. Furthermore, the temperature compensation for rapid temperature changes (e.g. in CIP/SIP processes) has been significantly improved.
Flexible adaptation
The sensors are available with triclamp for direct installation, G1 sealing cone and G1 Aseptoflex Vario for installation with process and welding adapters in tanks and with G1/2 sealing cone especially for installation in pipelines.
