Working Principle

Applications

These tapes are also used to protect plastic appliances and wires from heat sources and to seal against moisture and dirt.
Advantages over other Packaging Tapes
Metal foil tapes offer several advantages over other types of packaging tapes. They are flame, chemical, and environmental resistant, which makes them suitable for use in harsh conditions. Limitations

In terms of durability, metal foil tapes generally offer a long lifespan due to their resistance to environmental factors. However, their accuracy in application can be affected by their rigidity.
