In principle, yes, you can calculate the power at some operating rpm, given the engine geometry and the force on the piston , provided the forces are valid at that operating rpm. .... Even if the force were magnetic , (in repulsion , for instance) you'd wind up with eddy currents, the effect of which could change with rpm.
