This appendix contains a sample context-free grammar designed to simulate the voiceover from a baseball game. The grammar is printed in the format required by the program in Appendix A.
Each variable begins with an asterisk. Each production has two components that are broken up by forward slashes. The first part is the mixture of variables and terminals that will replace the variable in question during the production. The second is the weight given to one production in the random selection process. The final production for each variable is ended with a double forward slash.
