Constraints and limitations are opportunities for process innovation. Developing methods to capture and exploit those opportunities is the subject of this chapter. To capitalize on the total formula for innovation, we will end the four-chapter focus on management and planning with a focus on the advanced topic of parallel processing and strategic planning.
