Holly is still amazed by the power of the Internet. Intrigued with making this resource more accessible to non-techies like herself (she was a French major in college), she has advocated for users of software and Web-based products for over six years. She earned a Masters in Communication at the University of Washington, where she focused on online learning communities. At software startups Netpodium, Akamai, and Attenex, Holly worked closely with Tamara Adlin. Together they Mapped workflows, ran usability tests, created personas, designed interfaces for innovative new products, and had a darn good time.
Today, Holly directs her user experience skills to help design teams construct usable earth-friendly buildings. Holly lives in Washington, D.C.
