TABLE OF CONTENTS One of the aims of this book is to provide a practical guide to BPM practitioners and managers. To assist in the completion of the guidelines outlined in the framework, we have provided sample templates, checklists, background information and additional information in these appendices. They are aimed at providing hands-on support for the project team to assist them in the execution of BPM projects.
Each phase of the BPM project framework has an appendix, with at least a checklist of the inputs and outputs for that phase; most appendices have additional information. Obviously it is impossible to include all tools and techniques in the book, or it would be hundreds of pages longer, so we have selected tools and techniques that are related to the framework and we believe will add value to the BPM practitioner.
