Human Performance Improvement: Building Practitioner Competence

This section is for those who do not have the time or inclination to pursue a comprehensive academic solution to their skill and knowledge gaps and who are looking for more than a broad overview of HPI. This part of the resource guide will provide the following resources for developing each of the 40 competencies in ASTD Models for Human Performance Improvement :

Other development opportunities: A list of nontraditional ways to develop the competency.
