BIM and Construction Management: Proven Tools, Methods, and Workflows

The following tables, one per software company, show programs and file formats that are compatible with Navisworks.
In the table, column headings mean the following:
Export A check in this column means there is an export filter available for the software that converts the native model into a Navisworks model. This tool may be an optional plug-in that adds a menu item.
Native A check in this column means object properties of the native model are supported in Navisworks. This may include items such as material colors, layers, and other specifics.
Properties A check in this column means Navisworks can import the properties associated with an object and insert them in the properties tab in Navisworks.
Other An entry in this column means the file must be exported to one of the listed file formats so that it can be imported into Navisworks.
