In this Appendix we list a small and selected sample of internet sites that contain specific topics and useful software relating to matrix preconditioning, fast solvers and scientific computing in general. Any list of this kind cannot be complete because there are simply too sites to be found and listed (unfortunately Internet addresses can be time sensitive).
