The precable preparation are the front end tasks that must be completed before the communication cables are installed. The planning is a very important phase of every cable installation project. This step must be completed before any of the construction tasks are started. All of the precabling preparation tasks will be completed before the cable installation begins. This section will describe the tasks involved in the precabling preparation for a cable installation project.
PRECABLING PREPARATION
Every communication cable installation project should start with a thorough and complete analysis of the impending project. The precabling preparation is a series of activities that are designed to either gather critical information about the building or the cable installation project itself. The information gathered during the planning stage of the cable installation project is required for the installation phase of the project to go smoothly.
