The compact confocalDT IFC2411 / IFC2412 confocal chromatic controllers set new standards in precise distance and thickness measurements. With the IFC2412, a dual-channel version of the IFC2411 controller is now also available. The IFC2412 has two channels with an adjustable measuring rate of 8 kHz and a submicrometer resolution of up to 2 nm. The low-cost and compact controllers expand the range of applications in the semiconductor, battery and machine building sectors. This means that two-sided thickness measurements can now also be performed with just one controller.
