By the end of this chapter, you ll have an understanding of the Premium Edition features in Windows Small Business Server (SBS) 2003. Internet Security and Acceleration (ISA) Server 2000

Many companies opt to use an external firewall devices of some sort rather than a firewall on the server itself. By separating the firewall and server functions, you can create a more secure environment. However, many small companies opt to use the firewall included with SBS. It s a trade-off among cost, expertise, and security. Many smaller companies are at less risk than well-known companies that are obvious targets of hackers, but there is a risk just being connected to the Internet.
