Many first-time homebuyers cannot afford a garage when they buy their homes. The new construction of garages is appealing because the structure can be built quickly and the profit percentage is very good. Converting second-story living space that was framed for this intent is also fairly fast work. But, if you get into removing an existing roof, framing for living space, and finishing the space, the work will take much more time.
