ABSOPULSE Electronics PDC 400-P400 series fully encapsulated DC-DC converters use field-proven topology to deliver up to 400W output power. The 400W converters are suitable for operation in transportation, mining, oil and gas, power generation, transmission and distribution systems, and other harsh environments.

To ensure immunity to high levels of shock, vibration, moisture, dust, salt and other environmental contaminants, the units are fully encapsulated with a thermally conductive MIL-grade silicon rubber compound with a UL94V-0 flammability rating. Cooling is by conduction via base plate to the customer heatsink or chassis.
