Ducon Environmental Systems
SCR Catalyst for DeNOx Systems Ducon's SNCR DeNOx Systems work by injecting ammonia or urea into the radiant and convection regions of a boiler to treat the flue gases, so the reduction reaction can take place. The reagent comes in contact with the NOx in the flue gas within a specific temperature range. For urea, this range is approximately 1600 F to 2100 F. For ammonia, the range is lower at 1500 F to 1800 F. (read more)Browse Selective Catalytic Reduction (SCR) Systems Datasheets for Ducon Environmental Systems -
LAND
LAND Shows Thermal Imaging Impact in SMR are the predominant hydrogen production route for ammonia synthesis. The process requires combustion to heat the reaction tubes, converting methane and steam - via a catalyst - into hydrogen. However, much of this installed base of SMRs is looking to reduce its CO2 footprint and optimise its processes for near-term emission targets. "At LAND, we understand the challenges facing operators of reducing combustion emissions safely while increasing product yield to meet growing global demand. With our thermal... Branch Environmental Solutions
What are CATALYTIC OXIDATION Uses? CATALYTIC OXIDATION. As the amount of organics in the air decrease, you have to add more supplemental heat. One way to minimize this is to use a Catalyst. Catalysts reduce the temperature required for combustion. For example the operating temperature for a catalytic unit may be in the 600 F / 300 C range. This would reduce the operating cost compared to Direct Thermal Oxidation if the VOC is very low in concentration. Branch can help you evaluate the best choice. Some compounds containing...
