Nuclear Safety

Appendix 3: Table of Safety Criteria

This table is intended to serve as a memo for the content of five of the general design criteria for nuclear plants, thought to be rather representative of the overall picture. The first column of the table contains the complete list of the IAEA criteria, which are rather recent and therefore complete. If another criteria has no correspondence to the IAEA criteria, it has been put at the bottom of the table, after the end of the IAEA criteria.

For brevity, the recent US Utility Requirements Document (URD) criteria have not been included, but it does have many points in common with the EUR criteria.
