Presentations you might call them briefings are typically standard to a great degree, being modified or customized to meet the specific requirements of individual organizational policies and guidelines.
This appendix provides a short variety of some basic security presentation outlines that can be used to enhance your security presence, provide specific information to your employees, and keep all employees updated as to their responsibilities. They are presented with some general discussion as remarks to the attendees.
Customize the outlines to meet your specific and continuing security needs. Remember the TEAM process, and consider also appropriate research of your files and open source information in order to obtain the latest information that will be of value to each and every employee.
As you review the various outlines, you will notice that they are detailed in terms of the amount and types of material covered. The number of items included will allow you to select those portions that may apply to your particular situation, and then you can extract and customize the outline portions as necessary for local use. Using the Initial Briefing presentation as an example, you will see there is actually the potential for more than a dozen specific and unique presentations.
