About the Authors
Philip E. Allen holds the Schlumberger Chair in Microelectronics at the Georgia Institute of Technology and is a fellow of the IEEE. He has taught at the University of California at Santa Barbara, Texas A&M University, and currently teaches IC design at both Georgia Tech and in short courses worldwide.
