Neural Networks for RF and Microwave Design

NeuroModeler Introductory Version

The CD-ROM attached to this book contains the introductory version of NeuroModeler. NeuroModeler program was developed to help RF and microwave engineers to develop neural network models for passive and active components/circuits for high-frequency circuit design. The objective is that the neural model development process will become easier for typical RF and microwave engineers, and that features important to RF and microwave design are implemented. The introductory version of NeuroModeler is a complimentary version for the purpose of evaluation and trial.

The software is developed by Professor Q. J. Zhang and his research team at the Department of Electronics, Carleton University. For information on advanced versions of NeuroModeler, please visit www.doe.carleton.ca/~qjz.

A.1 System Requirements

The introductory version of the software runs on Windows NT4.0, or Windows 95/98. The minimum system requirement is 200MHz CPU, 64MB RAM (NT) 32MB RAM (Windows 95). It occupies about 32MB of disk space.

A.2 How to Install the Software
