The tables below, based upon the risks identified above, suggest top level actions that might be taken to reduce their impact or probability. This does not constitute a fully worked out risk plan as such. At the end of this section a few sample risks have been taken to the next stage to indicate how these risks could be more fully planned for. This should provide a good starting point for looking at potential risks to a successful remote working implementation. Ownership of the risks has been allocated to HR (Human Resources), MA (Management) or IT (Information Technology) these have been chosen as a representative subset of what might be expected in a typical organization.
