If you spend more than 80% of your normal working week working at or from home, or if you travel on average less than 1 day per week to the office, and do not have a desk at the office, you are a home worker. You should have a contract of employment or a letter confirming home as your place of work.
If you occasionally work from home, either voluntarily or because circumstances make it impossible for you to travel, this does not make you a home worker.
