     Tolerates some misalignment. Same radial load as deep-groove bearings, but 2-3 times the thrust load. 
   Angular Contact, Double Direction       Double-direction angular contact thrust ball bearings are double-row bearings constructed with uniquely designed inner and outer rings. These bearings accommodate thrust loads from either direction. In contrast to other angular contact bearings they have steep contact angles, typically 60°.

     Double-row angular contact ball bearings have two rows of balls in a single inner and outer ring. 
   Angular Contact, Double Row Max. Capacity       Double-row angular contact ball bearings have two rows of balls in a single inner and outer ring. These bearings are similar to double-row angular contact bearings, except that they are of the maximum capacity (filling slot) variety. The higher number of balls results in much higher load carrying capacity. 
   Angular Contact, Duplex Thrust       Two matching-ground, one-directional thrust bearings used as a set. They are typically used for two-directional thrust loads or very high one-directional thrust loads. Three duplex mounting arrangements are possible. 
   Conrad / Deep Groove

     The balls rotate in a deep groove machined into the inner and outer races. A cage maintains ball clearance and complement.  This type of bearing exhibits a good radial load capacity, a fair axial load capacity and a fair capability to resist misalignment. 
   Double Row Deep Groove

     This bearing style is a modified version of the single-row deep groove ball bearing with the addition of a second row of balls. This design increases its ability to carry radial and thrust loads.  Though using the same radial mounting space as the single-row style, its increased width limits the ability of this bearing to accommodate misalignment.

     Maximum capacity bearings have a higher load capacity than the Conrad type but diminished thrust capacity. These bearings have no cage to separate the balls. A filling slot is used to load as many balls as possible. 
   Maximum Capacity, Double Row       This bearing style is a modified version of the maximum-capacity single-row ball bearing, with the addition of a second row of balls. Maximum-capacity double-row bearings have a higher radial and thrust load capacity than single-row maximum-capacity bearings. These bearings have no cage to separate the balls.  A filling slot is used to load as many balls as possible. 
   Four Point Contact       Single-row angular contact bearings are designed so that the ball has four contact points, two with the outer race and two with the inner race. Four-point contact ball bearings carry radial and axial loads, as well as moment loads in a relatively small space. However, they are intended mainly for axial loads. 
   Other       Unlisted, unspecified, or proprietary configuration.

Dimensions
   Bore       The bearing industry uses a standard numbering system for bearings with metric-diameter bores. If the bore is hexagonal, enter the dimension across the flats. If the bore is tapered, enter the smaller diameter. For bore sizes 04 and up, multiply the bore size by 5 to identify the bore diameter in millimeters (mm). Refer to the table below.

Bearing Class
   Bearing Class      Many organizations have developed standards, including the American Bearing Manufacturers Association (ABMA), International Organization for Standardization (ISO) and the Deutsches Institut für Normung (DIN).  ABEC and RBEC standards are defined by ABMA Standard 20. Similar standards are defined by ISO 492, JIS B1514 and DIN 620.  ABEC bearing ratings were established by the Annular Bearing Engineering Committee (ABEC) of the American Bearing Manufacturers Association (ABMA).  There are five classes of bearings in the ABEC rating system - 1, 3, 5, 7, and 9.  The higher the ABEC rating, the tighter the tolerances and the higher the bearing precision.  ABEC 1 bearings are designed for use in lower speed and accuracy applications. RBEC bearing ratings were established by the Roller Bearing Engineering Committee (RBEC) of the American Bearing Manufacturers Association (ABMA).  There are five classes of bearings in the RBEC rating system - 1, 3, 5, 7, and 9.  The higher the RBEC rating, the tighter the tolerances and the higher the bearing precision.  RBEC ratings apply to cylindrical roller and spherical roller bearings.  RBEC 1 bearings are designed for use in lower speed and accuracy applications. Although the specifications may differ slightly, the following equivalency can be made between ABMA, ISO and DIN bearing classes. Seals / Shielding

Lubrication Options
