Dryer Technology
   Dryer Technology
   Your choices are...
Refrigerated       Drying is accomplished by refrigeration technology; water vapor condensate is drained off.
Desiccant       Water and oil is adsorbed by granular material; may be recharged with air or heat. Industry standards include activated alumina, silica gel and molecular sieves.
Membrane       Compressed air, saturated with water vapor, flows through a bundle of tube-shaped membranes and is permeated through the membrane wall and vents to atmosphere.
In-line       Filtration system other than desiccant; trapped water and oils is drained off.
Other       Unlisted type of power supply.

Air Drying Specifications
Drying Capacity:       Drying Capacity is maximum volume of air through dryer; typically given at 100 psig.
Search Logic:      User may specify either, both, or neither of the "At Least" and "No More Than" values. Products returned as matches will meet all specified criteria.
Maximum Pressure:       Maximum rated inlet pressure of dryer.
Search Logic:      All matching products will have a value greater than or equal to the specified value.
Minimum Output Dew Point:       Dew point is a measure of dryness; it describes how much water vapor is present and tells us how cold the compressed air can get before liquid water will form.
Search Logic:      All matching products will have a value less than or equal to the specified value.
Motor Power (Refrigerated Style):       Motor horsepower is a reference value often used to approximate dryer size; pressure and capacity are the differentiating specifications.
Search Logic:      User may specify either, both, or neither of the "At Least" and "No More Than" values. Products returned as matches will meet all specified criteria.
Operating Temperature       This is the full required range of ambient operating temperature.
Search Logic:      User may specify either, both, or neither of the limits in a "From - To" range; when both are specified, matching products will cover entire range. Products returned as matches will meet all specified criteria.

Desiccant Dryer Specifications
   Stages:
   Your choices are...
Single Stage       Compressed air goes through one drying cycle only.
Double Stage       Air is dried twice in successive stages.
Search Logic:      All products with ANY of the selected attributes will be returned as matches. Leaving all boxes unchecked will not limit the search criteria for this question; products with all attribute options will be returned as matches.
   Regeneration Method:
   Your choices are...
Heatless Regeneration       By means of expanding cold dry air to near atmospheric pressure inside the regeneration tower, the dryer air picks up moisture from the saturated desiccant bed and is then purged to atmosphere.
Internally Heated Regeneration       Process air enters the dryer through the inlet piping, is then dried as it passes through the desiccant bed, and discharges through the outlet piping as dry air. Regeneration of the desiccant is accomplished at atmospheric pressure, using steam or electric heaters, embedded in the desiccant bed.
Externally Heated Regeneration       Process air enters the dryer through the inlet piping, is then dried as it passes through the desiccant bed, and discharges through the outlet piping as dry air. Reactivation is accomplished using a reactivation blower or a cooler.
Search Logic:      All products with ANY of the selected attributes will be returned as matches. Leaving all boxes unchecked will not limit the search criteria for this question; products with all attribute options will be returned as matches.

   Power Source
   Your choices are...
None       Includes simple filters and membrane systems.
DC Power       Direct current power, either battery or line supply.
AC Single Phase       Typical single phase configurations include 115V/60Hz and 230V/50Hz.
AC Three Phase       Three phase configurations include 208V and 377V.
   Other       Other, unlisted dryer type.
Search Logic:      All products with ANY of the selected attributes will be returned as matches. Leaving all boxes unchecked will not limit the search criteria for this question; products with all attribute options will be returned as matches.
