Description
SPDT (Single Pole Double Throw) IC Analog Switches are devices that make or break the connection of a single conductor with either of two other conductors. These switches typically have three terminals and are used to route signals between different paths in a circuit.
Working Principle
SPDT IC Analog Switches operate by allowing a single input signal to be connected to one of two output paths. This is achieved through a switching mechanism that can be controlled electronically. The switch can be in one of two states, connecting the input to either of the two outputs. This functionality is useful for signal routing, allowing for flexible circuit designs where signals need to be directed to different parts of a system without the need for multiple separate switches.
Applications
