Improving Reliability and Maintenance from Within: How to be an Effective Internal Consultant

In Appendix 3, I have provided you with the internal consultant's web of change survey exactly as it is on the CD. This section is for those of you who wish to do the survey work manually. It also can be of value if you want to conduct the survey in a group setting and make copies to hand out. Once you have the group results, you can then transpose them to the electronic version.
Follow the directions in Chapter 16, which explains what to do with both the internal consultant's and the client's part of the survey. I have provided webs for both. I have also provided one for the creation of a composite which overlays your web with that of the client. This will enable you to see the performance gaps and take necessary corrective action.
Enter the scores for each of the elements on this table and then use them to create you web.
