About the Author
Stanley Goldman received a B.S. in electrical engineering from Carnegie Mellon University in 1975. For more than 25 years he has had a career designing and developing distinctive phase lock loops at Scientific Communications as a senior engineer in the Receiver Group on Electronic Warfare Receivers; at E-Systems as an engineering specialist in the Special Projects Group; at Rockwell International as a technical consultant on microwave satellite communications; at Reliance Electric as a principal engineer on broadband communications; and at Texas Instruments, Inc., in the Wireless Terminal Business...
