About the Authors
Mikhail Popovich was born in Izhevsk, Russia in 1975. He received the B.S. degree in electrical engineering from Izhevsk State Technical University, Izhevsk, Russia in 1998, and the M.S. degree in electrical and computer engineering from the University of Rochester, Rochester, NY in 2002, where he is completing the Ph.D. degree in electrical engineering.
