About the Author

Steve Marsh graduated from the University of Bath in 1985 with a first-class honors degree in physics with physical electronics. In 1989, he received his Ph.D. from the same establishment on the subject of the design and optimization of a planar Schottky diode 183-GHz subharmonic mixer.
