Six Sigma deployment requires training the organization and committing to organizational excellence in order to achieve world-class performance and bottom-line profitability. Implementation of any change effort is difficult at best. The comprehensive tools and techniques of Six Sigma assist in sustaining lasting change based on the strategic plan and desired business results of an organization. Some reasons for business change include: desire for increased profits and increased market share, sustaining a loyal customer base, increased employee satisfaction, and greater organizational effectiveness and efficiency.
