Downtown E-Coatings will be managed in such a manner as to profitably optimize our growth while providing "world class" quality products and services to our customers and utilizing all of our assets. To meet these goals, we will pursue the following objectives.

1. Increase E-coating sales by a minimum of 15% and decrease packaging incidents by 8%.

2. Develop control systems to reduce quality problems and improve delivery time to customers by 15%.

3. Reduce cost as a percentage of revenue by a minimum of 5% through improved efficiency and implementation of new control systems.

4. Obtain QS-9000 certification.

5. Work towards ISO 14000 certification.

6. Substantially expand our business by adding a "state of the art" powder coat finishing system.

7. Integrate the remaining stamping operations into Downtown E-Coatings, and,

8. Actively participate in the renaissance of the Empowerment Zone.
