Chapter 8: Formatting The Display

Overview

This chapter shows you how to set up the on-screen presentation so that the schedule will be easier to read and more consistent. This chapter covers the following display customizing topics:

Topic	Menu Command
Formatting Columns	Open the Columns form: Select View, Columns , or Click on the button.
Formatting Activity Bars	Open the Bars form: Select View, Bars , or Click on the button.
Formatting Row Height	Open the Table, Font and Row form by selecting View, Table Font and Row .
Formatting Fonts	There are limited options for formatting fonts: Text fonts are formatted in the Font form accessed from the Table, Font and Row form which is opened by selecting View, Table Font and Row , button. Notebook entries may be edited when entered.
Formatting Colors	There are limited options for formatting colors: Text colors are formatted in the Color form accessed from the Table, Font and Row form which is opened by selecting View, Table Font and Row , button. Bar Colors are covered in the Formatting the Bars paragraph of this chapter on page 8-3.
Format Timescale	Click on the button, or Select View, Timescale , or Right-click in the Bar Chart area and select Timescale .
