Project Planning and Control Using Primavera Contractor Version 6: Including Versions 4.1, 5.0 and 6.1

Primavera Contractor Version 6.1 is based on Primavera Project Manager Version 6.1, more commonly known as Primavera Version 6.1. Primavera Contractor has had all the multi project functionality removed and also many other functions including but not limited to EPS, OBS, Roles, Issues, Risks, Cash Flow Curves and Leveling. The basic version of Primavera Contractor was limited to 750 activities per project and the Deluxe version to 2000 activities per project. AT the time of writing this book Oracle only was selling one version which is limited to 2000 activities.
The purpose of this book is to provide a method for planning, scheduling and controlling projects using Primavera Contractor within an established Project database or a blank database up to an intermediate level.
The screen shots in this book were captured using Primavera Contractor and Windows XP. Users with other operating systems will have slightly different formatted dialog boxes/forms. This book covers the following topics:
