• Vapors cause a smarting of the eyes and upper respiratory tract. High concentrations act as a central nervous system depressant. Symptoms of exposure include headache, dizziness, drowsiness, abdominal pain, and nausea. If liquid is spilled on clothing and allowed to remain, may cause smarting and reddening of skin.
