Leadership Training

You may have opportunities to do sneak previews of the leadership programme, such as this one. However, realize that no one can improve their leadership performance after an exposure of only an hour or so. The learning objectives of this unit involve awareness. The main purpose of this short presentation is to get participants thinking about who they are as leaders in order to set goals for beginning a leadership development journey. The times noted in parentheses reflect how long that segment will take.
The objectives of the one-hour programme are to
acknowledge that personal values and leadership styles are unique and diverse
identify the 10 competencies of leadership
create an individual goal for leveraging participants individual leadership strengths.
