Leadership Training

The two-day workshop is the most comprehensive facilitation of the leadership material. It spends at least one hour, including an exercise, on each leadership competency. It begins with the participants completing a selfassessment on the 10 leadership competencies and uses DISC (Dominance, Influence, Steadiness, Compliance) and PIAV (Personal Interests, Attitudes, Values) assessment profiles. It ends with the group creating a development action plan.
The material is slightly different from the one-day version, so it would be a good reinforcement for those who have attended the half-day or one-day programme. All three categories of leadership competencies will be covered: Self-Alignment, Working with Others and Integration.
The objectives for the two-day leadership training workshop are to
understand and apply participants personal values and leadership style
influence and build relationships within and across organizations
manage change and transition
lead others with diverse styles
align actions and priorities with strategic direction
coach and develop others for motivation and performance.
