Description
High voltage diodes are semiconductor devices designed to allow current to flow in one direction while blocking it in the opposite direction. Working Principle
High voltage diodes operate based on the principle of rectification, where they convert alternating current (AC) into direct current (DC). The metal-semiconductor junction in Schottky diodes, for example, facilitates this rectification process. Advantages over other Diodes

Limitations
