The simplest calculation options should be used as a default, and more complex optionsconsidered only when there is a specific scheduling requirement.
The table below lists process and suggested options that could be considered when creating aresourced schedule. It is important to set all the parameters before the activities are addedotherwise a lot of time is wasted changing parameters on a number of activities. These are notintended to suit every project but are a starting point for less experienced users.
