24.1 Copy Picture

This allows a section or total screen to be copied to the clipboard. This function may not be used for copying forms, but Alt + PrtScr will do this.

24.2 Delete Activity

This deletes the activity from the schedule. It deletes the relationships and activities in a chain have their chain broken.

24.3 Dissolve Activity

This deletes the activity from the schedule but preserves the logic by linking all Predecessors to all Successors with a Finish to Start relationship.

24.4 Copy and Paste Cell

You may copy information from one cell and paste into one or more cells by:

• Highlighting the cell you wish to copy

Select Edit, Copy Cell

• Selecting one or more cells by dragging or using Ctl and click to select cells that are not adjacent to each other and

• Selecting Edit, Paste Cell.

24.5 Find

This option allows you to find any activity with data matching your defined criteria.

Select a data item from the Find in: drop-down list.

• Activity ID

• Any Activity Code

• Any Activity ID Code

• A Log Record

• Description

• Resource

• WBS
