Overview

The following menu items are provided under Edit:

• Copy Picture

• Delete Activity

• Dissolve Activity

• Copy and Paste Cell

• Find Activity

• Select All

• Select Spotlighted

• Invert Selection

• Insert Recurring Activities

• Copy and Paste to and from Spread Sheets

19.1 Copy Picture

This allows a section or total screen to be copied to the clipboard. This may not be used for copying forms.

19.2 Delete Activity

This deletes the activity from the schedule. It deletes the relationships and activities in a chain have their chain broken.

19.3 Dissolve Activity

This deletes the activity from the schedule but preserves the logic by linking all Predecessors to all Successors with a Finish to Start relationship.

19.4 Copy and Paste Cell

You may copy information from one cell and paste into one or more cells by:

• Highlighting the cell you wish to copy

• Select Edit, Copy Cell

• Selecting one or more cells by dragging or using Ctl and click to select cells that are not adjacent to each other and

• Selecting Edit Paste Cell

19.5 Find

This option allows you to find any activity with data matching your defined criteria.

Select a data item from the Find in: drop-down list.

• Activity ID

• Any Activity Code

• Any Activity ID Code

• A Log Record

• Description

• Resource

• WBS

• Or All to find data in all of the fields listed above

Select a value from the drop-down list that is not case sensitive. An asterisk *" may be used...
