Coal. a dark brown to black, amorphous, gel-like constituent of coal, derived from the decay or degradation of vegetable matter.
ultralight rail.
Coal. the determination by chemical methods of the proportionate amounts of various constituents of coal, by determining the percentages of the elements carbon, hydrogen, oxygen, nitrogen, and sulfur. Other elements that may be present are considered impurities and reported as ash.
Oil & Gas. the estimated total volume of oil or gas that a reservoir will yield during its productive lifetime.
