SRAM Memory Chips
Description
SRAM (Static Random Access Memory) memory chips are a type of volatile memory that store binary information using flip flops. They retain data as long as power is supplied, making them suitable for applications requiring fast access to data.
Working Principle
SRAM operates by using a structure of flip flops to store each bit of data. Unlike DRAM, which requires periodic refreshing of data, SRAM maintains its data without the need for refresh cycles, resulting in faster read and write operations. Advantages over other Memory Chips

Additionally, SRAM is easier to use because it does not require complex refresh circuitry, unlike DRAM, which relies on capacitors that need periodic recharging to maintain data integrity.
Limitations
