Nob and his team members sit down with a pizza to look back at the project they just finished. The pizza is almost finished when Nob kicks off the meeting asking: "What did we learn from this project?"
Harry says: "Well, I learned that I am not going to work with Chris again!"
Chris fires back immediately with: "Likewise man!"
Nob straightens his body and asks again: "Folks, we are here to learn from our mistakes and our successes what did we learn?"
Mary: "I found out that I am always too optimistic in my estimates! Next time I will not give estimates unless I am forced to "
Nob: "Did you ask yourself how you could get more accurate estimates?"
Mary: "I don't like estimating; it's too hard "
Vern: "Yeah, I agree "
Nob makes a big gesture to interrupt this exchange and summarizes: "So, what you have learned from this project is that you don't want to provide estimates anymore to the project manager?"
Vern: "That sums it up pretty well!"
Nob: "What else did we learn?"
