The Description field in the File Info dialog box in the version 3.0 Editor workspace has been renamed Caption in version 4.0 of the program.

Making this change means that the same terminology is now used in the Organizer and Editor workspaces for this type of metadata.

You can view the Caption data by selecting Editor: File > File Info (1) or Photo Browser: Window > Properties General section (2).
